Formerly the Austin Triathlon, TriRock Austin 2nd Annual event takes places on Labor Day weekend. In the heart of downtown Austin this event sold out last year! This urban setting provides a swim start at the Stevie Ray Vaughn statue with a swim course in Lady Bird Lake, fast and closed bike course with stunning views over the Congress Street Bridge and finishes with a run along the Auditorium Shores running path. Local retailer Jack & Adams Bicycles provides training, gear and other pre race warm up events to get your ready to race. This is a destination event with a triathlon scene that rocks like no other!
NEW in 2013, our featured Race within a Race is a Team Relay Challenge where triathlon clubs and corporations can compete for bragging rights.
