Distances
Sprint: Swim: 500 Meters. Bike: 13.4 mi. Run: 3 mi.
Intermediate: Swim 1500 Meters. Bike 24.8 mi. Run: 6 mi.

Divisions
Age Group-Standard
The standard division for participants is the Age Group division, athletes will compete in their respective age group. For more Age Group division information please see the USAT Official Rules. Please email: trirockclw@competitorgroup.com if you have any questions.
The TriRock Relay
For those who prefer to race one element of the triathlon TriRock is offering a relay division. Relay teams will consist of three (3) members, each member will complete one segment of the event and “pass the baton” to the next member in the Transition Zone. There are no age groups for the relay division, all relay racers will compete for the fastest overall time.
Clydesdale/Athena Division
To qualify for the Clydesdale/Athena division male athletes must weigh 220+ lbs. and females 165+ lbs. Athletes will be weighed during awards for confirmation.

9:30 AM – Main Stage Opens for the Band at Finish Festival
11:00 AM – Award Ceremony
11:30 AM – Main Stage Reopens for Band’s 2nd Set
12:30 PM – Bikes must be removed from Transition

Saturday
Athletes, spectators and fans can find street parking or pay-to-park lots surrounding Pier 60.
Sunday
Free Parking: On Race morning athletes will be able to park in Downtown Clearwater City Lots A and B. See attached Map here. These lots are FREE of charge. They are across Memorial Causeway bridge, roughly 2.25 miles from Transition. Feel free to cycle in on the bike path from these locations, but please wear your helmet!
Pay to Park: If you would like to get closer to the race site, there are a number of lots on the West side of the bridge, nearer the race site. Parking ranges from $12.50 to $16 per day. You can find Paid Parking locations on this map.
THE MULTISPORT EXPO
The MultiSport Expo will be the center of attraction surrounding a weekend of festivities on November 9-10, 2013.
