NOTE: Age Groups are in 5 year increments. For display purposes we have only listed up to 70-74. More age groups will be added based on participant ages.

The TriRock Relay
For those who prefer to race one element of the triathlon TriRock is offering a relay division (triathlon only). Relay teams will consist of three (3) members, each member will complete one segment of the event and “pass the baton” to the next member in the Transition Zone. There are no age groups for the relay division, all relay racers will compete for the fastest overall time.
Clydesdale/Athena Division
To qualify for the Clydesdale/Athena division male athletes must weigh 200+ lbs. and females 150+ lbs. Athletes will be weighed during awards for confirmation.
Duathlon
The TriRock Duathlon will be an open event with male/female divisions, there will be NO age groups. This event consists of a Run-Bike-Run. See distance information above. There will be no relay for the duathlon.
