News And Happenings_____ Course Announced!Click the course tab for the course map. Duathlon Added!Attention Rockers, we have added a Duathlon. This Run-Bike-Run event will give athletes a chance to get their feet wet in the multisport discipline, without actually getting their feet wet. This will be an open event with Male/Female divisions, there will be NO age groups. Run: 1.5 miles Bike: 11 miles Run: 3 miles New Date/Venue:Due to Hurricane Irene, the date and venue of Land Rover TriRock New York has changed to Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Lake Welch in Harriman State Park. Unfortunately, during Hurricane Irene last year, the Lake Sebago beach area was washed away and all events are indefinitely suspended from operating in that space. Lake Welch is less than five miles north and offers the same pristine waters and beautiful scenery. ___
DistancesSprint: Swim: 500 Meters. Bike: 11 Miles. Run: 3 Miles. Duathlon: Run: 1.5 Miles. Bike: 11 Miles. Run: 3 Miles. Age Group DivisionsNOTE: Age Groups are in 5 year increments. For display purposes we have only listed up to 70-74. More age groups will be added based on participant ages.
The TriRock RelayFor those who prefer to race one element of the triathlon TriRock is offering a relay division (triathlon only). Relay teams will consist of three (3) members, each member will complete one segment of the event and “pass the baton” to the next member in the Transition Zone. There are no age groups for the relay division, all relay racers will compete for the fastest overall time. Clydesdale/Athena DivisionTo qualify for the Clydesdale/Athena division male athletes must weigh 200+ lbs. and females 150+ lbs. Athletes will be weighed during awards for confirmation. DuathlonThe TriRock Duathlon will be an open event with male/female divisions, there will be NO age groups. This event consists of a Run-Bike-Run. See distance information above. There will be no relay for the duathlon. |

Our one acre circular drive around the hotel is ideal for runners of all ages and well suited for those in training for the TriRock Triathlon. We offer an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, expanded health club and Illusions night club on Saturday nights. |

- Minimum age
- The minimum required age to participate in the TriRock Series is 16 years of age on the date of the event.

- SPRINT: The typical male winning times are 48min and female winning times are 55min. Average finishing times range from 1:10-1:40, with the final finishers typically coming in just over two (2) hours.

- What should I bring with me on race day to the transition area?

Transition Area Checklist:
- Two towels (large and small)
- Water bottles (bottle of water)
- Food (bars and/or gel)
- Swim goggles
- Swim cap (you must wear the cap issued in your race packet)
- Timing chip and band
- Race belt and bib (or use safety pins)
- Watch or heart rate monitor
- Bike
- Shoes (both biking and running if using two pair)
- Socks
- Helmet
- Glasses
- Seat pack (tube, patches, tire levers, multi-tool, co2)
- Running hat
- Body Lubricant (BodyGlide)
- Will there be professional medical personnel on hand?
- Medical personnel are stationed throughout the race course for your safety. Emergency Medical Technicians and vehicles are located in key areas for each event. Every measure is taken to ensure the safety of all athletes. The Medical Tent is fully staffed with medical professionals for both participants and spectator needs.
- What if I cannot participate once I have registered?

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund. If you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your entry to anyone else and entry fees will not be transferred from year to year or to another city. We will be happy to ship you a T-shirt from the event up to 30 days after the event. Please contact us if you would like to receive your T-shirt. T-shirts will be mailed 4-6 weeks after the event.

- • Relay registration is ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE.
- • We will be taking individual registration at the Expo/Packet Pick-Up if available.
- • There is NO race day registration!
• USAT licenses are required, non USAT members may purchase a 1 day license for $12.

USAT Membership
1. Annual Membership
a. Annual members must show proof of a current membership in order to participant. If proof is not available then the participant must purchase a one-day license or renew their membership.
2. One-day License
a. $12 one-day fee for all participants aged 18 and older
b. Online registration will only offer the $12 one-day USAT fee for participants over the age of 18. If the participant is under 18 years old, please contact our office to register with the $10 one-day USAT fee (800-311-1255).
